Your contact details stay private
We never give Perks partners your email address, phone number or apartment number, or access to our member and subscriber lists. Discover their offers here and in the Precinct Noticeboard, with no partner mailing lists to join.
When you show your card, the business can see your name, card number and any move-in detail you choose to display. A QR check returns only Active or Inactive. Read our Privacy Policy.

How can I use my card?
It is a handy digital card available through the Precinct Hub app. Open it when ordering, purchasing or asking for a quote, then show your active card or let the business scan its QR code. You do not need to give the business your email address or apartment number to verify your membership.
Is Precinct Perks free?
Yes. There is no paid tier. Eligible Precinct residents can apply for a card at no cost.
Do all businesses offer the same benefit?
No. Each participating business chooses its own offer and conditions. Check the current offer on this page before purchasing.
Can an offer change or end?
Yes. Businesses participate voluntarily and can change or withdraw an offer. We will update the site and may include changes in the Precinct Noticeboard.
